Coalize is an online platform created by Bárbara Welter and Jamal Vitorina for Human Resources entrepreneurs and professionals to make the best possible management of people and benefits inside their companies. It has received FEBACAPITAL’s investments since 2019.
Coalize’s objective is to cause permanent transformations in businesses of diverse sizes and sectors, simplifying and automatizing processes, elevating results and improving the relationship between those employers and employees. All of that through digital HR solutions!
Those who use its platforms have the assistance in processes of: hiring, sending of documents for contracts, dismissal processes, time bank and payroll control, vacation and licenses control and benefits management.

Since the beginning of the investments, FEBACAPITAL has already been responsible for the creation of the Coalize’s app “Ponto Tablet”, its vacation termination and INSS calculators, and a digital fence to control the work journey via tablet or cell phone. It has also worked on improvements in the “Ponto Mobile” app and in the development of solutions to healthcare budget, working time registration in desktop, customizable contracts and vacation and time bank management.
Currently, it carries out website updates, content creation to blogs and social media and the development of overall marketing campaigns.
